Roof Leak Inspection Services Before and After Solar
Water damage is the most common problem we find, and it's also the most avoidable. Our roof leak inspection services trace moisture entry points from the ridge cap all the way down to the gutters. We check flashing around vents, skylights, and any existing penetrations. If panels have already been installed on your roof, we also inspect the mounting feet and seals for signs of water getting in around them.
A leak that starts under a mounting bracket doesn't always show up inside the house straight away. By the time you notice a stain on the ceiling, the damage is already done. We find those problems early.
Structural Integrity Evaluation for Solar Mounting
A standard residential solar system adds real weight to your roof. Our structural integrity evaluation checks whether your rafters, battens, and decking can carry that load safely over the long term. We look at timber condition, existing load paths, and whether the roof frame matches the original construction grade for your area.
If we find anything that falls short, we tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and why. We don't recommend unnecessary work. If the roof is sound, we say so.
