Morayfield has grown quickly over the past decade. The area around Morayfield Road and Oakwood Road has seen a wave of new estates and families setting up their first homes. That growth means plenty of new rooftops sitting in full Queensland sun with no panels on them yet. The mix of established homes near the Morayfield Shopping Centre and newer builds further out toward Caboolture gives us a broad range of installation types to work with every week.
The climate here is classic Southeast Queensland. Summers are hot and humid, with long daylight hours that push household energy bills up fast, especially when air conditioners run hard from November through March. Winters are mild but sunny enough that solar still performs well year-round. Rooftops in Morayfield face strong solar irradiance, which means a well-sized system pays itself back faster than in cooler parts of the country. That's a real advantage for anyone sitting on the fence about making the switch.
